Saturday -
creamy green chile chicken enchiladas
Sunday -
chili with corn chips and cheese,
chocolate cake with
vanilla frosting
Monday -
tomato mac and cheese
Tuesday -
flatbread pizza (with italian sausage and roasted veggies)
Wednesday - blue and gold banquet (spaghetti and meatballs)
Thursday -
banana stuffed french toast (Thursday is more of a breakfast night than a casserole night. I try to limit our meat, and casseroles sans meat are hard for me to find.) (We ended up feeding the kids leftovers and John and I went on a birthday shopping/dinner date.)
