Quick Pizza Sauce
Ingredients:
14 oz can diced tomatoes (including juices)
6 oz can tomato paste
2 tsp dried basil
1 1/2 TBSP extra virgin olive oil
1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp chopped garlic
salt to taste
In a bowl (or food processor) combine above ingredients.
Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
