Monday - (no school, dance) homemade pizza omelets for John and me

Tuesday - (Oz, basketball) sheet pan Greek chicken, rolls or pita bread skillet creamy mac and cheese, broccoli, fruit

Wednesday - (dance, YM) black beans, rice, and homemade cheeseballs  sheet pan Greek chicken, rolls or pita bread 

Thursday - (rehearsal) baked spaghetti, zucchini black beans, rice, and homemade cheeseballs

Friday - (date night) easy/out

Saturday - (basketball, stake dance) pasta with ham and peas

Sunday - (Fast Sunday)  cajun chicken and vegetables, brown or white rice, fruit

Monday - (dance, Oz, piano) unstuffed stuffed shells, broccoli, fruit (make ahead)

Tuesday - (Oz, basketball)  loaded baked potato soup, rolls, fruit (prepare potatoes ahead, set out rolls)

Wednesday - (dance, YM)  enchiritos, salad, fruit

Thursday - (Oz) skillet creamy mac and cheese, broccoli, fruit

Friday - (date night)

baked spaghetti, zucchini

Tuesday - (Oz, basketball) broccoli chicken casserole, fruit, rolls

Wednesday - (YM) corn chip casserole, zucchini, fruit

Thursday - (minimal day) Hawaiian Haystacks

Butterscotch Fudge

1 c sugar

1/2 c butter

3/4 tsp salt

7 1/2 oz jar marshmallow cream

5 1/3 oz can evaporated milk

12 oz butterscotch chips

1/2 tsp vanilla

(1/2 c pecans, chopped) - I don't add them

Combine the sugar, butter, salt, marshmallow cream, and milk in a heavy saucepan. Cook to rolling boil over medium low heat. Continue to boil for 5 full minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and add butterscotch chips, vanilla, and pecans (if using). Stir until chips are melted. Pour into well-buttered 9x9 inch square pan. Cool and cut into squares.

Wednesday - (tech) red beans and rice, carrots, fruit

Thursday - (rehearsal, tech) Hawaiian Haystacks

Friday - (Ruby's day, Singers, reception) Jimmy John's, cake: apple cake, chocolate raspberry cake, or ?
