Saturday - lunch: egg salad sandwiches - dinner: taco time style refried bean burritos
Sunday - lunch: hootenany - dinner: sloppy lasagna and garlic bread
Monday - Ginger's pasta
Tuesday - black bean, rice, tomato skillet
Wednesday - chicken tortilla soup (crock pot)
Thursday - Swedish meatballs and mashed potatoes (if I'm feeling awesome) or breakfast-for-dinner
